Among other things, I try to help people who want to lose a significant amount of weight. One of the things I recognized from my own journey is that the hardest part can be getting (and staying) motivated. So, I've initiated a service where those who need motivation can get 'slenderized' face photos. The enhanced images can be placed anywhere, from the fridge door to a website.

		<description>Porridge is really good for breakfast. It sounds so old fashioned, however. All you need is rolled oats and water. Put 1/2 Cup of rolled oats, with 1and1/4 Cup of Water into a bowl and then into microwave. Stir after a minute and give it another half minute, or until its how you like. This makes a large serving, and I usually half this recipe. 

I eat with a little milk, and chop a few dates and raisins onto the top to sweeten it. Do not use brown sugar! Natural sugars is best of course.

This keeps me easily full to midday, and that rarely happens.</description>
